Fall LAYER CAKE MENU

CAKES ARE ALL CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER -  PLEASE ALLOW US A MINIMUM OF 7 - 14 DAYS LEAD TIME.

We do not accept orders more than 2-3 weeks in advance.  Please feel free to submit your order well ahead of time.  This will place you in the queue.  We will contact you 2 weeks before your requested date to confirm your order.

We use organic (corn-free) powdered sugar in all of our frostings.  Dairy-free frostings use organic and sustainable shortening made from palm oil.

All cakes include basic inscription and decorative piping.  Some flavors also include floral frosting decorations.

Cakes are packaged in an elegant white box with clear top window.

 Order pick-up is available Fridays & Saturday.  Please contact us to inquire about availability for other days.

 All cakes are gluten, dairy, nut & soy-free unless designated as having these ingredients.  All cakes contain eggs.

Fall cake flavors will begin September 7th and go through early November.  Cakes will not be available around the Thanksgiving Holiday.

DAIRY FREE CAKE OPTIONS:

The base for the frosting for our dairy-free cakes is made with organic, sustainable palm oil & organic (corn-free) powdered sugar.

Chocolate Raspberry

This is a dark chocolate cake filled with seedless raspberry jam and enrobed in a chocolate frosting.  ( vegan option available ). Floral frosting decoration upon request.

Chocolate Mocha Cake

A dark chocolate cake filled and frosted with a light coffee frosting.  Garnished with chocolate covered espresso beans.  Optional chocolate ganache topping for surcharge. ( dairy in beans only - can be omitted for dairy allergies ). Floral frosting decoration upon request. ( vegan option available )

Classic Yellow Cake with Chocolate Frosting

A classic yellow cake with a modern twist.  Champagne adds a lightness to this delicate cake which is filled and frosted with a rich chocolate "butter"cream.

All White Cake

For those who like their cake pure and simple. A white cake made with pure Tahitian vanilla is filled and frosted with a vanilla "butter" cream.

All Chocolate Cake

For chocolate purists.  Chocolate cake filled and frosted with chocolate "butter" cream.  ( vegan option available).

 CAKES CONTAINING DAIRY:

Red Velvet

This is a strikingly red cake with a velvety texture and a hint of chocolate flavorThis cake is frosted with tangy cream cheese frosting and garnished with a dusting of red cake crumbs on the sides.  ( dairy)

Carrot Cake

Freshly grated organic carrots combine with toasted walnut pieces and sweet, dried currants in this very moist and flavorful cake. This cake is frosted with a tangy cream cheese buttercream and garnished with chopped walnuts on the sides. The top of the cake is decorated with frosting "carrots". ( dairy, tree nuts)          2 weeks lead time please.

Pumpkin Spice Cake

A moist pumpkin cake delicately spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.  Filled and frosted with a tangy cream cheese buttercream.  Optional crushed pecan garnish on sides ( omit for nut allergies ).  Also available with a dairy-free vanilla frosting for a dairy free cake option.

DAIRY FREE CAKE OPTIONS:

Double Chocolate Zucchini w/ Chocolate Ganache

A not too sweet, super moist cake.  Zucchini is the first ingredient by weight, but all you taste is the chocolate. This cake is drizzled with a dairy-free dark chocolate ganache.

APRIL: Lemon Coconut:  coconut cake, lemon curd filling, coconut frosting.

MAY: Strawberry Pink Champagne: champagne cake w/ strawberry filling and frosting.

JUNE:  Raspberry Lemon: lemon cake with fresh raspberry frosting.

MEMORIAL DAY / 4th JULY: Strawberry Lemonade: lemon cake, lemon curd filling, fresh strawberry frosting.

JULY: Peach Bellini: peach cake w/ peach bellini jam filling and fresh peach frosting.

AUGUST: Chocolate Cherry:  vegan chocolate cake, cherry preserve filling, fresh cherry frosting.

SEPTEMBER:  Yellow cake w/ dark chocolate frosting.

OCTOBER: Pumpkin w/ cream cheese or maple frosting.

DECEMBER: Red Velvet:  red velvet cake with peppermint cream cheese frosting.
