Wildflour Gluten-free Baking Co. is committed to providing a place where people can come to find exceptional quality baked goods and feel confident knowing they are produced in a dedicated gluten-free environment. Most of our products are also made without dairy (casein). We maintain a peanut-free environment, and do not use any bean or soy flours! Soy lecithin may be present in some chocolate products.
Our baked goods are unlike any other gluten-free product you have tried. Our belief is that you first eat with your eyes – and our products taste as good as they look. Wildflours’ baked goods stand apart from other gluten-free products in that they have the taste and texture of traditional baked goods. Finally, a product you can serve to your guests or the entire family, and they will never guess they are eating gluten-free! We use organic ingredients whenever possible.
Our products feature unique flavor combinations to give a new twist on old favorites. Lavender & lemon; fig & fennel; pear & cardamom; cranberry & eggnog - just to name a few! We emphasize local, seasonal ingredients and utilize local products whenever possible. We will be closed for our annual closure between Sunday December 23rd and Wednesday January 2nd. We will reopen Thursday January 3rd.
