Classic Chocolate Chip

We use the finest quality bittersweet chocolate chips, real butter and a pinch of French sea salt to make this classic favorite.

Double Chocolate Chip

A truly allergen-free and vegan cookie. This is a dark chocolate cookie with a second dose of chocolate from miniature chips.  Developed with the egg-allergic in mind, but a cookie everyone can enjoy.  Variations are Peppermint Double Chocolate Chip in December and Orange Double Chocolate Chip January & February!

Snickerdoodle

This is an old-fashioned cinnamon sugar cookie and an absolute favorite with kids. 

Kona Coffee Crinkles 

This is a soft, almost brownie-like, chocolate crinkle cookie made with olive oil & egg whites and contains NO cholesterol. A touch of 100% real Kona coffee accents the rich chocolate flavor and adds a very subtle coffee essence. Rolled in organic, corn-free powdered sugar this dairy & soy free cookie tastes as good as it looks. 

Chocolate Peppermint Crinkles 

This is a soft, almost brownie-like, chocolate crinkle cookie made with olive oil & egg whites and contains NO cholesterol. A touch of real Peppermint Flavor accents the rich chocolate flavor and adds a festive touch! Rolled in organic, corn-free powdered sugar this dairy & soy free cookie tastes as good as it looks.  (Winter)

Molasses Ginger Cookie

These are soft chewy cookies, with just the right amount of spice.  A favorite with adults and kids. Available Fall - Winter.

Linzer Sandwich Cookie

This shortbread - style cookie has 2 layers and is filled with Pacific Northwest, seedless Raspberry Jam.  Made in a festive star shape just for the Holidays, and sprinkled with Organic Powdered Sugar.  Available December.

Lavender Lemon Bars

This lemon bar has a buttery, pastry crust accented with locally grown, Washington lavender. The filling is made from freshly-squeezed lemons (no bottled lemon juice here!)  for a pure bright lemon flavor. ( Dairy )

Key Lime Bars

We hand zest and juice the freshest Key Limes.  A creamy lime filling is poured over a buttery graham cracker custard topped with a sprinkle of toasted coconut. Tart - sweet & delicious. ( Dairy ) ( July)

Marbled Cheesecake Brownies

A rich fudgy brownie contrasts with a cheesecake filling marbled throughout, and topped with a sprinkling of semi-sweet chocolate chips. In the Autumn we add pumpkin and spices to the cheesecake filling and during the month of March we flavor this brownie with Bailey's to celebrate the luck of the Irish! ( Dairy )

Marbled Almond Butter Brownies

A rich fudgy brownie contrasts with a house made almond butter filling marbled throughout, and topped with a sprinkling of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Available select months.

Flourless Chocolate Hazelnut Brownies

This brownie is reminiscent of a flourless chocolate tart.  Locally grown, toasted and chopped hazelnuts add flavor and texture to this very dense and fudgy brownie. Available select months.

Gooey marshmallows & dairy / soy-free dark chocolate chunks are sandwiched between a graham cracker cookie top & bottom. All the fun of camping without the tent. Available Memorial Day, 4th July and  Labor day weekends only. A true favorite with kids, these are pretty addictive.

Bourbon Pecan Bars

A flaky pecan cookie crust is the base for a gooey brown sugar & pecan filling. Bourbon cuts the sweetness and adds a subtle complexity.  Available September through December. 

Tropical Layer Bar 

A cookie crust is topped with chocolate, macadamia nuts and coconut. Topped with a Homemade Coconut Syrup and baked to a gooey perfection. (vegan!) (August)

Streusel Bars

Almond flour is used in both the cookie crust and streusel topping for extra flavor and nutrition.  Fresh Raspberries combine with Local Organic Raspberry Preserves to give these cookies a sweet-tart flavor.  Cranberries are added when seasonally available.  Strawberries and Rhubarb are used instead of raspberries when seasonally available.  Apple Pie is an additional flavor we offer throughout the Fall.  (Vegan!)

Almond Apricot

Bright tangy apricot pieces contrast with toasted almonds. Perfect with a cup of tea or a chilled glass of Moscato d'Asti for a summer dessert. ( Dairy )

Cabernet Chocolate Cherry

This biscotti features Cabernet flour from Napa valley (the dried and ground skin of the wine grape), which is high in resveratol! We blend this flour with cocoa powder and then add tart Montmorency cherries and chunks of dark chocolate to create a treat rich in anti-oxidants! Perfect with coffee or red wine! ( February)

Cranberry Pistachio

We offer this flavor as one of our Holiday cookies. Bright red cranberries contrasting with green pistachios is a festive & delicious combination!(December)

Lemon Almond Anise

Toasted Almonds combine with Lemon Zest and crushed Anise seeds to create an Italian classic cookie that is very addictive!  Perfect with Tea.  (January)

Almond Apricot

Sweet and chewy diced Apricots combine with Toasted Almonds in this buttery Biscotti.  Our favorite pairing with this Biscotti is a Moscato d'Asti for an easy and elegant summer dessert.  (Dairy).

Chocolate Orange Hazelnut

A classic flavor combination of toastedhazelnuts, chocolate & orange make this dairy-free biscotti a perfect treat anytime of year!
