Wildflour Gluten-free Baking Co. is committed to providing a place where people can come to find exceptional quality baked goods and feel confident knowing they are produced in a dedicated gluten-free environment. Most of our products are also made without dairy (casein). We maintain a peanut-free environment, and do not use any bean, corn or soy flours!
Our baked goods are unlike any other gluten-free product you have tried. Our belief is that you first eat with your eyes – and our products taste as good as they look. Wildflours’ baked goods stand apart from other gluten-free products in that they have the taste and texture of traditional baked goods. Finally, a product you can serve to your guests or the entire family, and they will never guess they are eating gluten-free! We use organic ingredients whenever possible and use local, cage-free eggs!
Our products feature unique flavor combinations to give a new twist on old favorites. Lavender & lemon; fig & fennel; pear & cardamom; maple & bacon - just to name a few! We emphasize local, seasonal ingredients and utilize Washington farmers for many of our products including lavender, hazelnuts, and herbs and produce. Many of our product offerings change seasonally to take advantage of the freshest ingredients available, and to keep the product offerings new and exciting! Wildflour is a locally-owned family business, serving gluten-free families in the Pacific Northwest since 2010 with fresh, expertly crafted baked goods that delight the palate and the senses!
Our Bakery has a variety of products available every day we are open, so please feel free to drop by even if you haven't placed an order! We are a take-out style bakery, but do offer complimentary to go hot drinks for all customers with purchase!
In addition to our orderable menu - we have savory options now available for Lunch! From 11 am - 2 pm daily beginning in August we will be offering savory scones, biscuits and flatbreads. Current flavors this month are Pepper Jack Biscuits, Red pepper roasted garlic scones and Tomato - Pesto Flatbread! Selection does vary daily and is available on a first come first serve basis!
